FEB 9th is the last time I blogged..... All I have to say about that is GOODNESSSSSSS :)) I didn't realize its been SO LONG :( So many things have happend that I can't even start from the begining or play catch-up..... My husband had back surgery, My Son got braces & I have gained ALL the weight I lost in the summer +SOME.....SHEEEESH MAN..... CA-RAZY.
I took a HUGE douple take when I got on the scale last week .... Could NOT believe how fast my weight snuk up on me.....BUT then to be HONEST.... I have had MORE then my fair share of Brownies & Ice cream, if U know what I mean ;) Between Illness, car trouble & Money troubles its been extremly HARD & EXHAUSTING to keep up with everything.... Whats new RIGHT????? Do U ever feel like the entire Universe is against U?..... This is one of those times...BUT, I have helped in that process :) BEING HONEST :) I WAS looking for SOMEONE to blame for my reverse BUT find myself infront of a mirror pointing at MYSELF :)
I've RECOMITTED to getting BACK what I worked so hard to achive :) Eating what makes me THIN & Excersizing to make myself FIT. Best tip ever from an Instructor & Friend Teresa Auva'a from the Bountiful Zumba Crew :))..... So the only thing I have going for me so far is my SPIRITUAL side & I'll take that ANY time or day!!! .... Usually when my Spiritual side is met my emotional is on its UP & UP....USUALLY ;) Still I've gotta bring up my Physical & Mental.
Not really haveing alot in mind at the moment ....Was just thinking I haven't writin' in awhile :) Till NEXT time I LOVE YOU ALL & ALWAYS HOPE to have WONDERFUL OPPINIONS OF LIFE :)
